Technical specifications are subject to change without notification. Customers should always verify the suitability of a product for its intended use. If a particular specification is crucial, please check before ordering.
Shipping
Unless given written instruction, SOLID shall select the carrier. SOLID will select the most efficient and economical method for your order. If you have a preferred shipping carrier, we will need the name,address, phone number of your shipper, and your account number. Default shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. All claims for shortage of Products ordered or for incorrect charges must be presented to SOLID within 10 days after receipt by Customer of the particular shipment of Products.
Price
All prices listed in the catalog are in US dollars and subject to change without advanced notice. All products are shipped FOB Fuzhou, Fujian, China. Any tax or other charge which SOLID is liable to collect on behalf of any governmental authority as a result of the sale, use or delivery of Products,including without limitation, duties, value added and withholding taxes, is the responsibility of the Customer, and if paid by SOLID shall be charged to Customer as a separate item on the invoice, to the extent possible.
Payment
All payments are in US dollars unless otherwise approved. Invoice amount includes total price of items, shipping and handling charges. Upon approved credit by SOLID payments terms shall be net 30 days from date of shipment. SOLID reserves the right to require alternative payment terms including, without limitation, letter of credit or payment in advance.
Warranty
All products are warranted to meet published specifications and to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year after delivery.
Returns
Customer shall obtain a RMA number from SOLID prior to returning any Product and return the Product prepaid and insured to SOLID to the FCA point. Any Product which has been returned to SOLID but which is found to meet the applicable specification for the Product and not defective in workmanship and material, shall be subject to SOLID standard examination charge in effect at the time which shall be charged to the Customer. Where any Product is returned without any itemized statement of claimed defects, SOLID will not evaluate the Product but will return it to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
